High Harm Perpetrator Panel (HHPP)

The HHPP is a group of different agencies that work together to deal with people who cause serious harm in cases of domestic abuse, stalking, and sexually harmful behaviours. The HHPP targets the most severe cases and serial offenders.

The HHPP aims to:

  • protect victims and children from harm
  • help offenders change their behaviour
  • stop offenders from committing more crimes

Referral

You can refer to the HHPP through the MARAC, Stalking Clinic, probation services, or Dorset Police.
