Domestic Abuse Prevention Choose2Change also covers Dorset Council and helps people make positive changes in their behaviour. The program lasts for about 28 weeks and includes 11 group sessions.

The program talks about:

• how abuse affects children
• parenting
• dealing with jealousy
• understanding sexual issues
• managing anger

Who it is for

This program is for men who have been abusive or violent towards their female partners or ex-partners. We also offer support to their partners or ex-partners through our Relate support worker.
