Up2U: Creating Healthy Relationships is a program developed by Portsmouth City Council. It helps people who use abusive behaviours in their intimate relationships by offering personalised support.

Who it is for

Up2U is for males and females aged 16 and older. It works for both heterosexual and same-sex relationships. Participants must admit that they use abusive of unhealthy behaviours in their relationships and want to change them.

Support is offered to partners and ex-partners to make sure they are safe, and risks are managed.
