You can get a half yearly or yearly permit to park in some of our car parks. You can use our online permit system to apply.

If this is the first time you've used the system, you'll be asked to create an account.

Once your account is set up, you can apply and pay for your permit or change your registration number.

You will receive a virtual permit instead of a physical one. Our staff will be able to look up your vehicle on the system to see if you have paid or have a permit.

Permit rules

The rules of these permits are:

• permits can be shared between 2 vehicles, except at Richmond Gardens and Avenue Road multi-storey car parks where you can only have one vehicle per permit. You can't use the permit on 2 vehicles at the same time in any location. You are responsible for updating your account to let us know which vehicle you want to use
• enter your car registration details carefully. Make sure you enter the correct registration number. Take care when entering 0 (zero) and O (the letter). Mistakes may result in the issue of a penalty charge notice
• if you apply for or use a permit fraudulently, the permit will be cancelled and no refund issued
• make sure you read the full terms and conditions for your chosen car park
