Conditions of use:
- please allow 3 days to process your application
- the permit will only be valid for the vehicle registered and nominated on your online account
- we will inform you when your application has been processed and that it is available for collection from the Car Park Office on Level 2 of Avenue Road Car Park. You will be asked to provide evidence to confirm identity
- you are responsible for the subscriber card. If you lose the card, or it becomes damaged, you will be charged £25 for a new one
- permits can be shared between two vehicles; however, the vehicles cannot be used at the same time. If you require more than vehicle to be used at the same time, you will need to apply for additional permits
- a permit does not guarantee a parking space and any other conditions for the car park still apply
- you are completely responsible for your car and contents when parked in a council car park
- goods vehicles of over 1500kg are not eligible for a permit
- refunds are for full months only. Refunds are only available if there is a minimum of one complete month remaining before expiry
- by applying for this permit, you confirm the information in the application is correct and complete. You understand that it is an offence to dishonestly make a false statement or produce false information (or cause or allow another to do so) or to misuse or allow your permit to be misused and that in such circumstances BCP Council may cancel your permit and may prosecute you
- you confirm you have read and understood the BCP Council privacy policy and the BCP Council disclaimer
