Car park permit terms and conditions - Town Centre, Town Centre Outer, Milburn Road, Hawkwood Road

Conditions of use:

  • the permit will only be valid for the vehicle registered and nominated on your online account
  • a physical permit will not be issued, instead a virtual permit will be assigned to you.• You can register more than one vehicle on your account
  • permits can be shared between vehicles; however, the vehicles cannot be used at the same time. If you require more than one vehicle to be used at the same time, you will need to apply for additional permits
  • if you have more than one vehicle registered on your account, it is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle you are using is the nominated vehicle on your online account. If you use a vehicle and have not made it your nominated vehicle, you risk the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice, which may not be cancelled
  • on purchase of the permit and by selecting a vehicle as your nominated vehicle online, it may be parked without further payment of the parking charges.
  • if the application is for a Town Centre permit you can park in Central, Richmond Hill, Winter Gardens, West Hill and Keystone House
  • if the application is for a Town Centre Outer permit you can park in Cotlands Road, Madeira Road Multi Storey, Lansdowne Road and Berry Court
  • if the application is for Milburn Road and the car park is full you can park in Princess Road car park
  • if the application is for Durley Road you can only park in that car park
  • if the application is for Hawkwood Road you can park in Hawkwood Road car park no 3 or Hawkwood Main car park
  • a permit does not guarantee a parking space and any other conditions for the car park still apply
  • you are completely responsible for your car and contents when parked in a council car park
  • goods vehicles of over 1500kg are not eligible for a permit
  • refunds are for full months only. Refunds are only available if there is a minimum of one complete month remaining before expiry
  • by applying for this permit, you confirm the information in the application is correct and complete. You understand that it is an offence to dishonestly make a false statement or produce false information (or cause or allow another to do so) or to misuse or allow your permit to be misused and that in such circumstances BCP Council may cancel your permit and may prosecute you
