Small, wooded areas and a meadow along the River Stour.

This little area of green space on the river is just to the east of Tesco on Castle Lane.

There are lots of wildflowers and grasses which attract several butterfly species.

On the river itself you can see herons, egrets and kingfishers. There’s also a very shy otter, which you might be lucky enough to see.

A cycle path crosses the area and is suitable for wheelchair users.
