We are responsible for making sure:

• the walls, ceiling, roof and windows of the your property are in good condition
• gas and electricity appliances work safely
• shared parts of a building or housing estate are kept in good condition

Other repair and maintenance issues may be your responsibility, while others will be your landlord's responsibility.
