Overview
The government announced a major expansion of childcare support aiming to remove barriers to work for parents with children under three in a bid to help more parents return to work.
This will be:
- up to 30 hours childcare support for every child over the age of 9 months with working parents by September 2025 (expanded entitlements) and
- the National Wraparound Childcare Programme
As part of the National Wraparound Care Programme and Childcare Expansion Capital Grant Scheme, we have received funding from the Department of Education (DfE) to support schools, early years providers and childcare providers to expand their provision.
