Future timeline

The next stages of the project are:

• Cost plan with the Employers agent (to calculate the viability of the site)
• Planning Performance Agreement – with the local authority Planning department
• Bat surveys
• Pre-application advice stage
• Demolition - once we have gained the approval

We are still in the design phase and plan to build 80 to 100 affordable homes on the development site.
