Our proposal

Lady Russell Cotes House (Block 1) is locally listed, but not nationally listed.

An individual applied for the building to be listed, but the property did not meet the threshold and therefore was not granted a national listing.

We have applied for planning permission for:

• Prior Demolition – for the 7 remaining buildings, this includes Lady Russell Cotes House
• Retrospective planning application for the demolition of Broughton House

Both applications were submitted in April 2024 and will be viewable on the Poole planning portal once they have been processed.

An application for Prior Demolition was submitted approx. 2 months ago and was withdrawn. There were several comments on this application which can be viewed on the Poole planning portal.
