In February 2023 there were arson attacks on Broughton House.

Building Control deemed Broughton House to be structurally unsafe and a section 80 notice was submitted to the local authority Building Control department.

In 2023 Broughton House was demolished by the Construction Works Team (CWT).

In June 2023, there were arson attacks on Lady Russell Cotes house. Fire damaged the main staircase and an internal supporting wall. This building is unsafe.

We have employed on-site security and repeatedly fenced the boundary. However, regular anti-social behaviour incidents are occurring on site. Trespassers break in and continue to vandalise the site on a weekly basis.

Vandalism to several of the buildings includes removing roof coverings, stealing lead and causing brickwork walls to be damaged.
