Book a bulky waste collection
Once you have read the terms and conditions, you can book a bulky waste collection online.
We charge:
- £39 to collect one item
- £9 for each additional item
For example, we will collect:
- a single bed with a single mattress which will cost £48
- a 3 piece suite which will cost £57
We will tell you how much the collection costs when you book online.
You cannot use this form for collections of more than 10 items, call us on 01202 123 123 or email commercial.waste@bcpcouncil.gov.uk to request this. Bookings made online for more than 10 items may be moved or cancelled.
Once you have paid for your collection you will not be able to add or remove items.
If you need to cancel a collection, we can only give you a full refund if you cancel at least 2 working days before your collection date.
What to do on collection day
Make sure that your items are easily accessible outside of your property (or in the location given at the time of booking) before 7:30am on the day of collection.
Make sure all items to be collected are:
- empty
- clean
- dry
- freestanding
- dismantled if necessary
If we cannot take items because they are different to how you described them or we cannot access them, we will not provide a refund.
We will give you a receipt for the collection of items which proves that you have exercised your duty of care.
