Sandbanks Peninsula Neighbourhood Plan
The Sandbanks Peninsula Neighbourhood Plan has been produced by the Sandbanks Neighbourhood Forum in Poole. They have prepared all supporting documents and have formally submitted their Neighbourhood Plan proposal to us.
The information below relates to an earlier stage in the preparation of the neighbourhood plan. We are now holding a referendum on 18 July 2024 for the neighbourhood plan.
As the local planning authority, we are required to consult on the neighbourhood plan proposal before an independent examination of the plan takes place.
The consultation period ran from Friday 7 July to Friday 1 September 2023.
This was an opportunity for individuals and organisations to raise comments they have about the plan regarding its contents and how it has been prepared. An independent examiner has been appointed and all responses received by us have been be passed on to them for consideration, as part of the examination process.
