Pay your parking fine ticket starting with RD

If you want to pay the parking or bus lane fine you have received on a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), you will need:

  • your vehicle registration number
  • your 10 digit PCN number (found on the notice you have received)
  • your debit or credit card information

You can get a 50% discount if you pay your parking or bus lane fine within 14 days of the issue date.

You cannot pay and challenge the fine at the same time. If you pay the PCN, this will close any open challenges that you have submitted to us.

You can also pay by:

  • phone on 01202 377052
  • post to this address: Parking Administration, BCP Council Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY

If you do not pay

If you do not pay the charge before the end of the 28-day period shown on the front of the PCN, and you have not successfully challenged the fine in this time either, we may serve you a Notice to Owner (NtO) to pay the charge.

You can then appeal to us, and appeal to an independent adjudicator if the appeals to us are rejected. You can find out how to do this by reading the NtO you are sent.

If you challenge your PCN but we have issued an NtO anyway, you need to follow the instructions on the NtO.
