Overview

The Gambling Act is a regulatory system to govern the provision of all gambling in Great Britain, other than the National Lottery and Spread Betting. Responsibility for the regulation of gambling is shared between the Gambling Commission and local authorities.

Premises licences are granted by local authorities and we can receive applications under the Gambling Act 2005 are amusement arcades, casinos, bookmakers, tracks and sporting sites, bingo halls and pubs/clubs wanting to have gaming machines.
