If you have changed your vehicle, use our online form to let us know so that we can update your van permit.

You will need:

• a copy of your new V5 form
• a letter of authorisation if you are borrowing the van from your employer

You will receive an email when:

• your application is complete and submitted to us
• your van permit is ready for collection from your nominated recycling centre

If approved, your van permit is normally ready within 10 working days from the date of your valid application.

When you collect your van permit, you will need to bring proof of your identity and residency. You will also need to return your current permit.
