Report a missing or damaged communal bin

The number of bins you have will depend on the number of households in the block. If your communal bin is missing or it is badly damaged, let us know.

If the wheels on your communal recycling or rubbish bin are broken or the bung is missing, we should be able to fix this free of charge.

Any damage due to wear and tear will require a replacement bin for which there is a charge. Food waste containers will be replaced free of charge if they are damaged, lost or stolen.

Cost of a replacement bin

The charges for replacement communal bins are:

  • £185 for a 660 litre rubbish or recycling bin
  • £195 for a 1,100 litre rubbish or recycling bin

The managing agents of the property will need to agree before we can supply replacement bins.
