Key collection appointments are available daily, you can collect the keys for Branksome Dene Room up to 24 hours before your hire period between:

• 9am and 10am
• 3pm and 3:30pm

Please email us at branksomedeneroom@bcpcouncil.gov.uk in advance to advise what date and time you wish to collect the keys from the Sandbanks Beach Office.

You must pay a refundable £75 deposit in cash when you collect the keys.
