Keys can be collected up to 24 hours before your booking from the Tourist Information Centre (Pier Approach, Bournemouth, BH2 5AA).

The Tourist Information Centre is open daily from 9:30am to 4pm.

Please bring your booking reference with you when collecting the keys. No need to book an appointment.
