Conditions of use

  • Season tickets will only be valid for the vehicle registered and nominated on your online account
  • A physical paper season ticket will not be issued, instead a virtual season ticket will be assigned to your online account
  • The season ticket is issued only in conjunction with a valid disabled blue badge issued by BCP Council. The disabled badge must be displayed for the season ticket to be valid. It is your responsibility to ensure that both are displayed in the vehicle when parked in the car park. Any Penalty Charge Notices issued for failing to display both the badge and the season ticket will not be waived
  • The vehicle may be parked in either a marked disabled bay or normal parking space, in the car parks listed below without payment of the parking charges that apply
  • You can register more than one vehicle on your account
  • Season tickets can be shared between more than one vehicle, however, the vehicles cannot be used at the same time. If you require more than one vehicle to be used at the same time, you will need to apply for additional season tickets
  • If you have more than one vehicle registered on your account, it is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle you are using is the nominated vehicle on your online account. If you use a vehicle and have not made it your nominated vehicle online, you risk the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice, which will not be cancelled
  • If the registration number on your online account needs changing, please log onto your account, select vehicle, select add vehicle, select season ticket and change registration number
  • No refunds will be issued after the commencement date
  • A season ticket does not guarantee a parking space and any other conditions for the car park will still apply
  • Permits will not be issued for the following classes of vehicles: - heavy goods vehicles, vehicles over 3500 kg in weight, buses, caravans and coaches
  • There are bays specifically designed for “camper vans” in the Sandbanks and Beach Road car parks. Camper vans should always park within the parking space markings. Please be aware that you will be liable to receive a Penalty Charge Notice if your vehicle overlaps the markings
  • The owner/keeper of the vehicle must be resident at the applicant’s address
  • Any vehicles on the permit must be registered to the permitted address
  • This ticket cannot be used for a vehicle that is parked and being used in connection with any Commercial Activity (Trading). A Traders Permit needs to be purchased for these vehicles
  • The nominated vehicle on an active permit may be parked without payment of the parking charges in the following car parks and on street locations
  • Be aware that you will be liable to receive a Penalty Charge Notice if your vehicle overlaps the markings
  • We reserve the right to withdraw any season ticket found to have been improperly issued or used
