In the event of an emergency
If the fault is dangerous such as a leaning or damaged street light or exposed electrical wires, call 01202 123 123 or 0800 506 050 out of hours.
Let us know if you see a street light, lamp post, lit bollard, subway light or lit sign that is:
- flickering/flashing
- still on in the day
- not on at night
- late coming on
When reporting a street light problem, you will need to tell us:
- the location - such as the nearest house number and road name by using the map or address search
- any additional information that can help us locate the issue - for example, if the issue is affecting multiple street lights, let us know where it starts and ends
- reference number on the street light if available
- your contact details if you want us to update you
