Once reported it normally takes up to 10 working days to fix an issue.
However, there is currently a shortage of certain components worldwide. This affects our supply chain and whilst always try to make repairs in a timely manner, it does mean that some are taking considerably longer than usual.
How to report a fault
If you are reporting a dangerous fault such as a leaning or damaged street light or exposed electrical wires, please call us on:
- 01202 123 123 during office hours
- 0800 506 050 out of office hours
Let us know if you see a street light, lamp post, lit bollard, subway light or lit sign that is:
- flickering/flashing
- still on in the day
- not on at night
- late coming on
You will also need to tell us:
- the nearest house number and road name
- or the lamp number
