Condition no.6. 'no development shall take place until full details of both hard and soft landscape works have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Plannig Authority. These details shall include a full arboricultural report and method statement including fencing details for the protection of trees to be retained; hard surfacing materials;proposed and exsisting functional services above and below the ground(e.g. drainage power, communication cables,pipelines etc.); and schedules of plants noting species, plant size and proposed numbers/densities where appropriate....(See notice for more information).
