On 4 September 2024, Cabinet resolved to:

• agree with the recommendations by the examiner that the Hurn Neighbourhood Plan (2022-2028) be modified as defined by the examiner
• agree that the modified Hurn Neighbourhood Plan proceeds to referendum on 24 October 2024; and
• approve the Local Planning Authority’s Decision Statement and list of modifications
