Completed plans will undergo independent examination and, if successful, a referendum will follow with the local community. If the majority of eligible voters in the neighbourhood area vote in favour of the plan it will be ‘made’ by full council and will form part of the development plan. It will then be used to determine planning applications within the neighbourhood plan area. Below are the 'made' plans.
