If you have paid a PCN for being in a temporary taxi rank on the eastern side of Westover Road between 29 June 2023 and 30 June 2024, you may be due a refund. This is due to a technical issue with the Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) for this bay.
Please contact parking@bcpcouncil.gov.uk quoting your vehicle registration number, so that we can check this for you.
How to make an appeal about your parking or bus land fine (also known as a Penalty Charge Notice).
You cannot pay and challenge the ticket at the same time. If you are not looking to challenge, you can use our site to pay your parking fine. Payment of the Penalty Charge Notice will close any pending challenge and close the case.
You will need your 10 digit Penalty Charge Number (PCN) and your Contravention Code Number.

If your challenge is rejected
We will write to the DVLA if we don't receive your payment after 28 days to obtain the name and address of the registered owner and issue a Notice to Owner (NtO).

Enforcement Stage
If your Penalty Charge Notice has been passed to one of our enforcement agents it is too late to challenge this notice and you will need to contact them directly to discuss this matter with them.
