Get in touch with us as soon as possible if there are any problems with your Blue Badge.
Lost or stolen blue badges
If you have lost your blue badge, you can apply for a replacement online.
If your badge has been stolen, this should be reported to the police as we need a crime reference number to order a new badge.
You can call the police using 101 or report it online.
When you have the crime reference number, you can call use our online form to request a replacement badge.
There is a fee of £10 to pay before we can send you a new badge.
Alternatively, you can apply for a replacement badge by calling our Customer Services Team on 01202 123 100.
Parking tickets
If you have received a Penalty Charge Notice and wish to appeal against the ticket, you will need to contact the issuing authority.
The contact details will be printed on the Penalty Charge Notice.
