A monthly car park permit allows you to park in specific car parks in the Bournemouth area without an additional charge.
To register and buy a permit, you need an active PayByPhone account.
To start a monthly session:
- select the correct vehicle registration number
- enter the 5-digit location code for the car park you want the permit for
- request a 1-month parking permit to end 31 days from date of purchase
You can get a VAT receipt for the permit from your PayByPhone account. Refer to the PayByPhone customer self service support centre for more information
Once you’ve bought your permit, you can’t get a refund. However, you can amend the vehicle registration number on the permit once to a new registration number and once back to the original registration number during the month.
To amend your registration number, you can email the details at least 2 days in advance to uksupport@paybyphone.com, or call the PayByPhone contact centre on 0330 400 4357.
If you have more than one vehicle on your account, make sure you have booked the monthly session for the correct vehicle.

Avenue Road MSCP monthly permit
You can purchase a monthly permit price for Avenue Road MSCP using our online permits system. The monthly cost is £89 and there are no refunds on this permit. If a subscriber card is lost or stolen, a replacement will cost £25.
Permits can only be activated and extended during office hours which are Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 5pm, and Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm. You will not be able to use your permit until it has been activated or extended.
