Residents and businesses still have time to help shape the future of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council.
The Council has recently set out its new vision and priorities but wants the people who live work and play in the three towns to have their say on the proposals.
Residents, visitors and business owners across our three towns have two weeks left to share their views on what matters most to them and what they’d like to see us doing more of.
Since the survey launched in August, BCP Council have run a series of roadshows to talk to people across our towns, enabling them to speak directly to local people.
Some common themes so far have been the safety and cleanliness of our towns, involving communities more when it comes to shaping services that matter to them, as well as improving our customer relations and getting the basics right.
Councillor Vikki Slade, Leader of BCP Council, said: "We know you care as much as we do, so let’s work together to build a better future.
"We have said from the beginning we want to make sure we focus on what matters to the people of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, and by setting a vision and set of priorities shaped by you, we can do just that.
"The more ideas and feedback we get from as many diverse groups as possible the better, so if you haven’t already, please take the time to complete our survey, either online or via a paper copy, available in your local library.
"We know we face some big challenges ahead, such as managing extreme financial pressures, but this work will help guide us towards delivering what you see as our most significant services."
The next stage will include the Council engaging with more young people, with roadshows taking place at university and college campuses over the coming weeks.
Results from the survey, which closes on 22 October, will be used to create the final plan along with how the agreed objectives can be delivered before they are presented to BCP Council’s Cabinet in December, and Full Council in January.
Once finalised, every strategy, policy, service plan and action taken by a team or service will be measured against our new objectives to ensure we are achieving what they set out to do.
