If you are passionate about excellent landlord services and making a difference in your community, BCP Homes would love to hear from you.
Are you:
- Enthusiastic about social housing
- Able to give some time to reading and commenting on reports
- Confident to speak up on issues that affect residents.
- Available for 6-8 board meetings per year, plus occasional other engagement activities
- Able to meet in person or online and communicate and receive information via email
As a board member, you will:
- Work with other members of the board and BCP Homes Officers to influence and prioritise services
- Speak up for the needs and rights of residents
- Give your opinion based on your experience as a resident
- Commit to upholding BCP Homes values and mission
Training and support is provided.
This is a voluntary role, but BCP Homes pay out of pocket expenses.
