A number of our libraries have meeting rooms or spaces available for hire. There are different prices depending on whether the room is being booked by members of the public (community), or for a business use (commercial).

For Bournemouth Library bookings, contact libraryadmin@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. For bookings at other libraries, contact the library directly.

Community prices for charities and not-for-profit organisations

Charities and other not-for-profit organisations can hire our meeting rooms at a reduced rate:

There is a different charge for meetings rooms if they are being used commercially or by a business.

Make a room booking

Before submitting your room booking form, contact the relevant library to check availability.

You can use the room booking form below to make a request. Once you have filled it out, email it to the library or hand it over in person.
