The PierView Room is a unique private hire venue located right on the beachfront in Boscombe, offering stunning sea views. It is perfect for social and professional gatherings.

In spring and summer, the room is filled with sunlight from dawn until dusk, making it an ideal place for morning meetings with colleagues. It's a great location to take your staff away from the office to a more relaxed, natural setting.
In autumn, PierView is perfect for family gatherings, wedding receptions, or reconnecting with old friends.

Catering
The PierView Room is hired on a self-catering basis. Bring your own drinks and prepared food, and we’ll take care of the rest! We can also provide a cold buffet option for your event.
The Prom Diner, next door, offers hot and cold drinks, hot food, and snacks for purchase. Guests receive a 10% discount at the Diner with proof of your PierView Room booking, when the Diner is open.
Hire prices 2024 to 2025
All bank holidays incur an additional £50 charge per booking.
Charities are able to claim a 25% discount, at the time of booking provide:

We will send you an invoice via email, which must be paid within seven days to confirm your booking.
Cancellations or changes to the booking will incur a 20% administration charge. No refunds will be given if you cancel with less than one month's notice.

Keys
You can collect the keys for the PierView Room from the Prom Diner (adjacent to the PierView Room) on the day of hire from 9am.
When your event has finished, keys are to be left in the venue on the counter top if the Prom Diner has closed.
Please note, lost keys or unreturned keys for the venue incur a £75 charge, payable by the hirer on receipt of our invoice.
