Our commitment to employing people from the Armed Forces Community
BCP Council is partnered in a Dorset-wide Armed Forces Covenant Programme, allowing us to support the Armed Forces community as part of our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant.
The aim of the programme is to raise the profile of the Armed Forces Covenant and make sure that it is embedded in our day to day activities.
We welcome job applications from ex-military personnel and their families, as we recognise the transferable skills that can be applied to work in local government.

Those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, including the bereaved, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy, and society they serve with their lives.
