We are currently updating our pet policy. Our tenancy agreement will be updated to reflect these changes.
We will decide whether a pet is allowed at a property based on characteristics of the property, such as its:
- size
- type
- location
For example, properties with communal areas may have stricter regulations on keeping pets to make sure the safety and comfort of all residents is considered.
Some properties with limited space or specific structural features may have restrictions on the types or number of pets allowed.
