Notice period

You will need to give us at least 1 week's notice before the date you want to leave, this will be your notice period. The notice period must start on a Monday and when you are ready to return your keys, they must be handed in on the Monday your tenancy ends before 10am.

Returning your keys

Keys must be returned in a clearly marked envelope for the attention of BCP Homes with the property address.
