We have secured an opportunity for local businesses to participate in a research project by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Behavioural Insight Team (BIT).

The project will provide your business with fully funded HR support as a part of the research.

This opportunity to benefit from funded, bespoke consultancy valued at up to £800, that can transform your business by helping you:

  • hire the right people
  • reduce staff turnover
  • increase productivity
  • avoid costly legal non-compliance

How to apply for the HR support pilot

To apply your business must:

  • be a Small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) with 5 to 249 employees
  • have its sole or main place of business in Bournemouth, Christchurch, or Poole

Not all businesses that sign up will be chosen to participate in the research. However by completing the registration you will:

  • receive a £30 Amazon voucher for registering to take part
  • receive a £40 Amazon voucher, as well as an entry to the £10,000 prize draw, for completing the follow-up survey
