The nearest train station is Bournemouth (2.2 miles).
Cycling
Cycling is allowed, but pedestrians have priority. Keep your speed below 10mph and follow seasonal restrictions in place for July and August on seafront promenades and paths to avoid fines.
Accessibility
There are wheelchair-accessible toilets at Chineside, next to the Durley Chine beach office.
There are also 2 accessible toilets at The Environmental Hub at Durley Chine, 100 metres east of the car park. One of the accessible toilets also has baby changing facilities. Access to the toilets is from the accessibility ramp to the west of The Environmental Hub building.
Dogs
From 1 May to 30 September, dogs are not allowed on Durley Chine’s main beach and must be kept on a lead on the promenade, paths and zig zags at all times.
Find the nearest year-round dog friendly beach and remember to pick up after your dog.
Barbecues
You can have a disposable barbecue between 6pm and 10:30pm.

Open fires
Open fires are not permitted on any of our beaches at any time. You may be prosecuted if you attempt to light an open fire.
Camping
Camping is not permitted on any of our beaches at any time. You may be prosecuted if you attempt to camp anywhere along the seafront.
