Any alterations or rebuilds must comply with the relevant beach hut handbook and can only take place between:
- 1 October and 30 March for Mudeford Sandbank huts
- 15 September to 30 March for Friars Cliff and Gundimore huts
The relevant rebuild and alteration applications along with an application guide can be obtained by contacting us.
No works are to be undertaken on Mudeford Sandbank Beach Huts (excluding category 3 works) without written permission from us.
Minor repairs and alterations to Friars Cliff and Gundimore huts do not require written consent from us. However, you will need to submit a rebuild application to rebuild or replace a hut.
