CareFind is a service that launches on 17 July 2024.
It is available to all ASC Care home providers to promote their Care home services and vacancies to the public.
The Care Find team want to ensure your business profile is visible to the public when searching for a care home for a loved one.
To ensure that your business location appears on CareFind we need you to upload at least one photo that shows the outside of your premises or a typical room, we can also use your “brand” logo as a placeholder.
How to appear on CareFind
To upload the details of your business or locations(s):
- log into Capacity Tracker and access the CareFind public profile page for your location(s), then follow the link to the step by step guide. (titled How to Upload an Image)
- add at least one image of your Care Home to your CareFind profile
- check your information and select "add to CareFind"
If you need the Capacity Tracker Support Team to upload the details of your locations(s) on your behalf, send an email to info.carefind@nhs.net that includes:
- the image you want to use
- the name of your business/ location
- the postcode
