Contact us about adult social care
Whatever you need from our adult social care services, the best place to start is a conversation with us. We can talk about:
- what’s prompted you to reach out to us
- your plans for your future care, or care for a loved one
- changes you may need to the care you already get from us
- an urgent need for help when life changes suddenly
You may also find advice and support from one of the many local community and charity providers listed in our adult social care directory.
Tell us about your needs to get started - we'll be in touch as soon as we can. In the meantime, you can find out what to expect from your first conversation with us.
If you would prefer to talk to us on the phone, you can call us on 01202 123 654. We're available from:
- Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm
- Friday, 9am to 4:30pm
If you need to send us a letter, our address is:
Adult Social Care Hub
St Stephens Road
