• how we operate
• how we make decisions
• the procedures we follow to make sure that these are efficient, transparent and accountable

• formal articles of the constitution
• responsibilities of bodies and functions of the council
• rules of procedure of the Council
• financial regulations
• code of conduct for councillors
• scheme of councillors’ allowances
