Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole's multiple award winning Music and Cultural Education team is led by Daniel Somogyi, Music and Arts Team Leader.

SoundStorm focuses on music education and works across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. It leads the Department for Education/Arts Council England funded Music Education Hub for the conurbation, working with over 90 schools and 35 separate music education partners to deliver the remit of the National Plan for Music Education. Services include: First Access (whole class tuition), Singing Support, ensemble development, progression, instrument loans, CPD, inspirational experiences. SoundStorm also produces and develops its own projects and commissions.
Wave Arts Education works with teachers, governors, artists, practitioners, local authority staff, and other agencies, arranging workshops and support for children and young people, plus CPD, cross-curricular provision, consultancy, Arts Award and Artsmark, and much more. Wave also chairs the Cultural Hub, a unique consortium of subscribing schools and cultural organisations, BCP’s Cultural Education Partnership (CEP), developing awe inspiring arts-based projects for young people.
