Admission arrangements for BCP schools 2026-27
Admissions arrangements must explain how to apply for a school place and, once an application is received, how it will be processed. The policy must contain clear oversubscription criteria should there be more applications for places than there are places available. The number of places available at a normal point of entry for each school – the published admission number – must also be set and included in the policy.
When schools make changes to their admission arrangements, they must publicly consult on the changes before determining them.
The consultation, unless otherwise stated next to the relevant schools, will run from Friday 6 December 2024 until Friday 24 January 2025.
The proposed policies are available on each school’s website. Paper copies are available on request.
Comments or objections can be submitted directly to the schools or emailed to school.admissions@bcpcouncil.gov.uk
