Councillor Vikki Slade, the Leader of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, will answer residents’ questions during the next live council Question and Answer (Q&A) session.

The session will be broadcast live on Wednesday 13 September, from 12 noon.

The session is open to questions on any topic.

Councillor Slade said to residents: "After a short break over the summer, I’m really looking forward to tackling some more questions on the things that are most important to you.

"We are an administration where decisions are explained and a council where scrutiny is embraced, so I welcome questions on any subject.

"You may have a view on the ambitions, vision and objectives for the council that we’re currently running a consultation on, or want to learn more about how we’re exploring future options for Bournemouth Air Festival.

"Perhaps you’re keen to understand how our recent investment of £4.6million into building stronger foundations for our children’s services will make a difference, or want to know what we are doing to help during the ongoing cost of living crisis.

"Whatever your priority is, I want to hear from you and look forward to answering as many questions as possible next week."

Questions can be submitted in advance via: LiveQandA@bcpcouncil.gov.uk or by commenting on the council’s Q&A social media post.

Viewers can also ask questions directly during the Q&A by posting in the comments section.

The session will be broadcast across the council’s main social media channels including on youtube.com/bcpcouncil and is available to watch later for those unable to tune in live.
