We are aware of a technical issue with some Credit and Debit Card transactions over the period of 30 April to the 3 May, where the monies have not left the customer’s account. Our payment provider is investigating and working hard to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If you have been impacted by this our payment provider will collect the money for the transaction today. Please ensure you have sufficient balance in your account to cover the transaction. You do not need to make an additional payment for this original transaction. We thank you for your patience and we’ll provide further updates as soon as possible.
