Libraries can help support your health and wellbeing in a number of ways:
- connect with others at our events, from craft and chat groups to reading groups or games sessions
- get involved and volunteer at your local library
- if you are unable to access a library because of ill-health, disability or caring responsibilities, we can bring the library to you with our Home Library Service
- help, understand and manage your health and wellbeing with our self-help reading books, Reading Well
