Anyone who carries out public weighings for a charge must hold a Certificate of Competence.
You will be tested before your certificate is issued. The test is free but you will need to provide the following information upon application:
- your name
- contact details
- details of the weighbridge
You need to be trained in operating weighing equipment before you take the test.
